Fish Out Of Water?

Very cute book. I've never read it. Looks like a Dr. Seuss book, is it the same illustrator?

A little research tells me, Eastman, a protegé of Theodor Geisel (Dr. Seuss), wrote many books for children, in his own distinct style under the Dr. Seuss brand of Random House Beginner Books including, "Go Dog, Go (one of my favorites) and, Are You My Mother?"
